Lawyer Johannes

Kay Ole Johannes was admitted as a lawyer in 2001. During his studies he already gained substantial experience at a US-software company in Munich, in a firm of patent and trademark lawyers in Buenos Aires and in the legal department of an international auditing firm in Hamburg. He then practised several years with an medium-sized Hannover firm of lawyers and notaries, advising clients from industry, trade, service industry and media on all questions concerning business law. His practise concentrated above all in the areas of Intellectual Property Law (Trademark Law, Counterfeit, Unfair Competition Law), Corporate Law, Labor and Employment Law. Following this he worked as an in-house lawyer at a worldwide acting company advising in international Commercial and Contract Law. He has also published various law review articles in German law reviews on topics of Unfair Competition Law, Antitrust Law and Trademark Law.
